Credits and Payment

Credits Purchase

We operate on a pay-as-you-go model. You can purchase credit packages to use our services.

Credit Validity

Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Unused credits may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Credits purchased more than 7 days ago are non-refundable

User Accounts

• Your content does not contain illegal, malicious, or harmful material
• You are responsible for the content and copyright of uploaded files

Data Retention

• Uploaded Media Files: Your uploaded audio/video files will be automatically deleted after 3 months. Please save any files you need within this period.
• Transcription Results: Transcripts will be retained until you delete them.

Disclaimer

Transcription Accuracy

• We use artificial intelligence technology to provide transcription services
• Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed to be 100% and may be affected by:
  • Audio quality
  • Language and accents
  • Background noise
  • Technical terminology
• Transcription results are for reference only. Users should verify important content themselves.

Prohibited Activities
